What is Telemedicine?
"Telemedicine" means "the delivery of health care services such as diagnosis, consultation, or treatment through the use of live interactive audio and video over a secure connection that complies with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
If you are unable to make your appointment because of;

-Traveling
You can still get an interactive face to face physical therapy session with your physical therapist using Telemedicine.
How Telemedicine with Excel Works:
You can call us to request an appointment. You will be scheduled a time and your physical therapist will send you an email to a secure link. You will join your therapist in a live interactive face to face session where you can then ask questions, review your program and progress your exercises. A telemedicine visit is counted and billed as a regular physical therapy visit.
